Gen joined Angels Media in May 2026. Before coming on board, she worked at Amazon for six years as a Customer Services Associate and prior to that she gathered extensive experience in hospitality and call centres – all of which, she says, helps her ‘turn negative situations around.’

A nature lover, she enjoys a good meal and is hands on in the kitchen having recently mastered baking sourdough.

She’s not yet travelled widely but her dream destination is ‘anywhere with a sunset over an ocean view’.
