There will always be some tenants for whom the Primary
Tenancy™ will not be suitable, for example when they are
registered for VAT, in these cases and cases where, for whatever
reason, a landlord does not want a Primary Tenancy™, the agent
is free to offer a conventional agency agreement.
Do it Yourself?
Having read all about the Primary Tenancy™, you could be
forgiven for asking yourself the question ‘why don’t I just do it
myself?’. There is of course nothing to stop you trying, but why
bother when we have already done all of the hard work perfecting
the system, doing the due diligence and putting together a market
leading package of support services to back you up? We truly
believe that any saving you may make on our very reasonable
fees would never be recouped once you add up the true cost of
trying to implement a similar system from scratch.

implement the Primary Tenancy™ in your business, we will be
there to help and guide you every step of the way at your pace,
taking into account the individual circumstances of your
particular business.
