Instant online vendor and landlord lead generating tool
Having additional traffic visit your site is great, but it won’t pay the bills! To help
convert the traffic into quantifiable leads, we have designed an innovative website
tool for our sales and letting agents. The application will simply sit on your website
and turn the traffic that we have generated to the website into leads, which are then
emailed to you.
The app works by providing visitors the opportunity to receive an instant, online
valuation of their property. In order to receive the valuation, the visitor is required
to submit their contact details before they are presented with a real time valuation
of their property. The visitor’s contact details are therefore captured and sent to
your negotiators as a lead to contact and convert into a client.
